Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy:

Upon receiving an online order, our system automatically sends a confirmation e-mail, listing the order information, to the buyer's email address. If you have completed an order and you did not receive a confirmation, please notify Kim’s Crane via the Contact page.

You may also login and check your "My Account" profile for updates on the status of your order. If you still have any questions regarding your order, please contact Kim’s Crane via the Contact page.

Money order/Cashier’s check – the items in your order will be reserved for seven business days while we wait for the receipt of your payment. Once payment is received, we will ship your order without further delay. Please be aware that after seven business days without receiving payment, we may cancel your order and place the item(s) you reserved back into the sale inventory.

Credit Card - VISA, MasterCard, and American Express are the only credit cards we accept. Your order will be shipped normally within 2-3 business days. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is processed for shipment.

PayPal - Kim's Crane can receive payment using PayPal. Please contact us before placing your order for instructions on how to place an order using PayPal as a payment method.

We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please check your order confirmation and verify the shipping address is correct and complete. (Apartment or Suite numbers have to be included) Notify us immediately if your address is incorrect. Packages with incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed by the post office, discarded or returned to us. Orders that are returned to us because of an incorrect address, will be charged an additional shipping fee to be resent.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please do so immediately. We cannot change or cancel orders after they are shipped.

Shipping/handling charges are not refundable under any circumstance.

Domestic USA:

Our preferred shipping carrier is the United States Postal Service (USPS). If we are unable to ship an order via this method, we will select another carrier. Items are shipped within three business days upon payment received. This does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Shipping cost for orders shipped in USA is $10.00 if the items total cost is less than $99.99; on orders of $100 or more the shipping cost is 10% of total of the merchandise. Orders that contain both Artisan Papers and non-artisan paper items will have an addition $5.00 shipping cost added after the order has been placed and before the order is shipped. This additional shipping cost is to cover the extra packing that is required. Insurance is optional for domestic USA orders; cost is $1.75 for the first $50.00 and additional $0.50 for each $50.00 additional amount. Kim’s Crane is not responsible for any orders that are lost, delayed, or damage due to mis-handling. Once an order is placed in the shipping agent’s care, we have no control over the order. We will investigate a lost package, but will not give refunds for packages not insured. Shipping time takes 2 – 5 days for delivery once your item has been shipped. If you request insurance, it will be added after the order has been placed and before the order is shipped. Due to our location, over night and use of other carriers will require one to two business days extra processing time, plus additional cost.

RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

Products that are in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. If you would like to make a return or exchange, please contact Kim’s Crane via the Contact page and supply your name, order number, the item(s) that you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange. Refunds will be for the item cost only minus 15% restocking fee. If you make an exchange because you would like a different size, style, color, etc., you will be charged for shipping for your exchange. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. When returning items to us, we recommend that you use a shipping method that includes a tracking or delivery confirmation number, as we will not be responsible for items lost during shipping. Packages must be returned postage prepaid; we will not accept any package arriving COD.

International Shipping:

We ship worldwide, unless legal restrictions or logistical reasons prevent us from shipping to a particular destination. Sorry but there is no return policy for International orders.

International purchases will be shipped USPS Priority Mail International ONLY. These rates through the USPS vary depending on your location, weight, and number of boxes used to ship the order. Please plan on the shipping cost to be at least half the cost of the merchandise. Our shopping cart is not able to provide true shipping cost at this time. Shipping cost is based on true cost plus $7.00 handling fee.

Minimum order for all non U.S.A. orders is $50.00 in merchandise.

All International orders are shipped uninsured. What does this mean? This means you-the purchaser will assume ALL responsibility for your order once we post it into the International Postal System. We cannot make any refunds on orders shipped overseas. If your order is lost, stolen, ripped open or items are missing, ect; there are No refunds! You must post in the Comment’s Box when you place your order that you will assume ALL responsibility for your order. You can also follow up with an e-mail acknowledging that you are accepting our conditions for the shipment of your order. If you have not made this comment or sent an e-mail note within two business days, your order will be deleted from our system. No reminder will be sent.

We only accept charge cards - Master Card, VISA, or American Express as a form of payment on orders shipped outside the USA. (If you wish to use PayPal, please contact us before placing an order.) We do not notify overseas customers of the shipping/handling fee before charging the credit card. The customer’s credit card will not be processed until the order is ready to be shipped. If your credit card is declined, you will be notified via e-mail that your credit card was declined, and given five business days to correct the problem. Allow up to 15 days delivery to clear customs. Insurance is not offered on International packages.

Orders shipped to an international address that are charged an additional cost due to added postage or import duties/custom fees are the responsibility of the purchaser/buyer.
