Crepe Paper - Double Sided Navy Blue and Light Grey

There is one sheet of double - sided crepe paper. One side is navy blue and the other side is light grey. Manufactured in Japan with the idea to stretch, this pleated two ply craft paper is vivid in color, easy to work with, and will hold its shape when formed into flowers. leaves, petals, or any other art form. Paper size is 600 mm 750 mm (23 inches x 29.5 inches).
