Upon receiving an online order, our system will automatically send a confirmation E-mail, listing the order information, to the buyer's E-mail address. If you have completed an order and you did not receive a confirmation, please notify Kim’s Crane via the Contact page or at kim@kimscrane.com .
You may also check the status or your order by login to "My Account" profile. If you still have any questions regarding your order, please contact Kim’s Crane via the Contact page.
We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please check your order confirmation and verify the shipping address is correct and complete. (Apartment or Suite numbers have to be included) Notify us immediately if your address is incorrect. Packages with incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed by the shipping agent, discarded or returned to us. Orders that are returned to us because of an incorrect address will be charged an additional shipping fee to resend.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please do so immediately. We cannot change or cancel the orders once the order is shipped.
Kim’s Crane is not responsible for any orders that are lost, delayed, or damage due to mis-handling. Once an order is in the shipping agent’s care, we have no control over the order. We will help you investigate a lost package, but will not give refunds for packages not insured. Shipping time takes from 2 – 7 days for delivery once your package is sent. If you request insurance, it will be added after the order has been placed and before the order is shipped. Due to our location, overnight shipment and use of other carriers will require one to two business days extra processing time, plus additional cost.
Our preferred shipping carrier is the United States Postal Service (USPS). If we are unable to ship an order via this method, we will select another carrier. Orders are normally shipped within three business days upon payment received. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
Money Order/Cashier’s Check/Personal Bank Check– After placing your order online through our shopping cart, please wait until you have heard from Kim's Crane via e-mail for the final payment total. Sometimes items are not in stock on your order thus making the final payment total different from the total shown on your order when you first placed it. Once you have heard from Kim's Crane through an e-mail with the final total, you may then make your payment. Your order will be held for 10 business days while we wait for the receipt of your payment. Once payment has been received, we will ship your order without further delay. Please be aware that after 10 business days if we have not received your payment, your order will automatically be cancelled.
Credit Card- VISA, MasterCard, and American Express are the only credit cards we accept. Orders are shipped normally within 2-3 business days. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is processed for shipment.
Domestic Orders (Shipping and handling cost for orders shipped in USA except Alaska and Hawaii)
The exception to the above costs is outline in the Artisan extra shipping and handling charges:
Artisan Papers Extra Shipping and Handling Charge: Orders that contain both Artisan Papers and non-artisan paper items will have an addition $20.00 shipping and handling charge added after the order has been placed and before order shipment. This additional shipping and Handling charge is to cover the extra packing that is required. Please see Artisan Paper Shipping rate page.
Return /Exchange Procedure
Products that are in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. If you would like to make a return or exchange, please contact Kim’s Crane via the Contact page and supply your name, order number, the item(s) that you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange. Refunds will be for the item cost only minus 15% restocking fee. If you make an exchange because you would like a different size, style, color, etc., you will be charged for shipping for your exchange. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. When returning items to us, we recommend that you use a shipping method that includes a tracking or delivery confirmation number, as we will not be responsible for items lost during shipping. Packages must be returned postage prepaid; we will not accept any package arriving COD.
