At Kim’s Crane, your privacy is our priority. We are committed to protecting your privacy at all times, in all situations. The information we collect about you when you become a member is used to process your orders and to provide a more personalized experience on our site. Kim’s Crane does not guarantee complete security on stored information, however, we have installed and applied our encrypted pages and installed our SSL certificate to prevent stolen information.

Your name and address information is used solely to process orders. Unlike many online businesses, we do NOT sell or rent access to customer mailing lists or databases to other companies. We will not share ordering information with anyone outside the company.

Our Use of Log Files:

We utilize this information to conduct site performance evaluations, to see where visitors are coming from and to keep track of click stream data (the screens our users visit on our site). This data helps us to determine what content our members find most appealing so that we can maximize your enjoyment of the site. Log files are not tied to personally identifiable information.

All Kim's Crane employees take your personal information very seriously. All employees must learn and obey our security policies. Access to member personal information is limited to key management personnel. The information is ID and password protected and our Web security is reviewed on a monthly basis. We have also installed and implied our site with a 128 bit encryption SSL.

Correcting/Updating Your Personal Information:

After becoming a Kimscrane.com subscriber you may correct/update your personal information by clicking on the 'My Account' link at the top of any page, entering your ID and password when prompted and clicking the Edit Information button. The changes you make will be reflected in our databases instantly. If you wish to deactivate your account, you may contact our member services group through the 'My Account' section, or the 'Contact Us' section.

Kimscrane.com web site contains links to other web sites. Please note that when you click on one of these links, you may be leaving the Kimscrane.com site and entering another web site. Communication:

Kim’s Crane will keep communication to the minimum required to process orders and respond to questions and comments. No promotional materials or News Letters will be sent to our customers.

Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our Web site

Supplementation:

We may correct or supplement your address information with standardized postal representation in order to ensure that your orders are delivered. We do this since we want to make sure that our members receive the order and to lower costs associated with our programs.

TERMINATION/ACCESS RESTRICTION

Kim’s Crane reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Kim’s Crane Web Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, U.S.A. and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Snohomish County, Washington, U.S.A. in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Kim’s Crane Web Site. Use of the Kim’s Crane Web Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph. Kim’s Crane's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of Kim’s Crane's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Kim’s Crane Web Site or information provided to or gathered by Kim’s Crane with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent an d subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be drawn up in English.
